Diary extract: Michelle's audition for Frontcover on QVC

Today is a a rather big deal. I have my QVC audition. I am an auditionee. This is scary. Look how scared I am. To top it off my frown lines have popped up and my hair is strangely quiffy - an in straightened heap in readiness for Leanne's hair coiffing skills. I wonder how she will erase my frown lines.

I am wearing a blue dress as instructed by Liz (if she wasn't too busy running the company she would have made a great stylist).

This dress was bought with company funds three years ago and I think she wants me to get my wear out of it.

It is LK Bennett and in mint condition due to the fact I have been too fat to fit into it for the last two years. Good news is I am now about half a stone lighter. Mainly due to the worry.

Tina (QVC all round expert and good egg) told me to keep it simple. I never keep anything simple. I make things so complicated people wish they had never met me. She also advises I wait a second before replying after the presenter speaks. I never think before I speak. If I did I would never say half the things I do!

So, time to get off the train then.

Farewell.

Wish me luck.

I think I have invented a new word -Quiffy. Meaning weird poofy hair displaying after effects of light rain drizzle.
