STEP 1
Apply the light blue shadow to the eyelid, then use the dark blue shade along the crease from inner to outer corner. Repeat the dark blue shadow close to the lower lashline and blend outwards.
STEP 2
Using the dark blue shade again, this time along the upper lashline, create a winged effect then blend outward. Highlight the inner corner of the eye and the brow bone with the pale frosted shadow.
STEP 3
Draw the eyeliner along the top and lower lashline blending outward using the smudger. For a more dramatic look use the eyeliner on the inner rim of the eye. Apply mascara to the top and bottom lashes, wait until they dry, then seal with the clear topcoat.
