If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

We aim to meet the Distance Selling Regulations and every customer has the right to cancel their order within 7 days of receiving their goods.
If you wish to cancel your order please call us on 0800 952 0089 or email us at email@example.com as soon as possible, but at the latest within 7 days of receiving your goods. If goods have already been received you must return them following the instructions detailed above.
Items should, be unused, unopened and in their original packaging and must be accompanied by the original delivery note. We recommend that you send goods by recorded delivery. Where items are unwanted you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items.
Refunds will be made to the card which you originally used for the purchase.
Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Items damaged in transit
If you receive an item and it has been damaged in the post please report this to us within 7 working days of delivery.

- Your details
- Your order number
- A photo of the damage to the item and packaging
