These terms and conditions apply to the use of Frontcover Cosmetics Ltd online shop (www.frontcovercosmetics.com). Frontcover Cosmetics Ltd online shop is run in partnership with Internova UK Ltd.
Please read through these terms and conditions carefully. You will be required to accept these terms and conditions in order to complete the ordering process on frontcovercosmetics.com. If you do access the website, and / or place an order, by doing so you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as set out below.
1. How to order
All orders must be placed online through the website using the shopping basket facility provided. Please do not e-mail your card details. No responsibility can be taken for the security of your details if given this way.

2. Method of payment
You can pay either by VISA (Credit, Debit, Electron), Master Card, Maestro or PayPal. We are unable to accept Amercian Express, cheques, cash, or postal orders through the website. Orders will only be processed if you provide the card holder's name as it is shown on the card together with the postcode that appears on the card statement. No responsibility can be taken by Frontcover Cosmetics Ltd or Internova for incorrect or incomplete details submitted on the website.
Card fraud is illegal and perpetrators will be prosecuted.

We aim despatch your order within 7 working days of receiving it.
You can check the status of your order by logging onto the "My Account" area of the website.
You have 15 days for items delivered to the UK or 25 days for worldwide deliveries, from the order date to inform us if you have not received your order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that if you order more than one product they may be despatched separately and arrive with you at different times.
Standard delivery charges are as follows:
- UK: Standard Shipping is Free to all customers living in the UK.
- Europe: £3 per order plus £1 for each item.
- Rest of World: £4 per order plus £1 for each item.
UK Next working day charges are as follows. Orders must be placed before 12pm (noon) the:
- UK: £6 per order plus £1 for each item.
We do not accept orders from the following countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Ukraine, Morocco, Macedonia, Bosnia Herzegovina, Albania, Serbia, Indonesia, Uganda and Nigeria.
4. Pricing and Availability
If one of our products is out of stock or unavailable we will endeavour to contact you to arrange a refund or alternative delivery date.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

We aim to meet the Distance Selling Regulations and every customer has the right to cancel their order within 7 days of receiving their goods.
If you wish to cancel your order please call us on 0800 952 0089 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible, but at the latest within 7 days of receiving your goods. If goods have already been received you must return them following the instructions detailed above.
Items should, be unused, unopened and in their original packaging and must be accompanied by the original delivery note. We recommend that you send goods by recorded delivery. Where items are unwanted you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items.
Refunds will be made to the card which you originally used for the purchase.
Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Items damaged in transit
If you receive an item and it has been damaged in the post please report this to us within 7 working days of delivery.
Send us an email including:
- Your details
- Your order number
- A photo of the damage to the item and packaging

We will arrange for replacement items to be sent to you, and will send a freepost label if we need you to send the old item back to us.
We aim to deal with all complaints as effectively as possible. In the first instance, your complaint may be sent to Customer Services via email, firstname.lastname@example.org. Alternatively, you may telephone us on 0800 9520089, between 9am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
We aim to acknowledge any complaint made through the website by email within 5 days, and to conclude our investigations as soon as possible thereafter. Telephone complaints will not necessarily be acknowledged by email prior to investigation.. A likely timescale for resolution will be provided upon request, but this timescale will be dependent upon the specific nature of the complaint.
